Sí, está abierto todo el año. La mejor época para visitar es de abril a noviembre durante la estación seca. La temporada de lluvias intensas es de febrero a marzo, cuando el acceso por carretera y aire se vuelve más difícil y cuando los senderos en el bosque pueden inundarse.

En el sur de Perú, se ha informado de fiebre amarilla, malaria y leishmaniasis, pero hasta ahora ningún turista que visitó Manu ha informado de enfermedades tropicales. Sin embargo, siempre existe la posibilidad, por lo que recomendamos seguir las instrucciones de su médico.
